Certification <\/strong>
of a product batch<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This certification scheme includes:<\/p>\n\n

\u2013\tanalysis of the application;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013\t\u2013\tselection and identification of samples;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013\tdetermination of product characteristics through testing or evaluation;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013\tevaluation of test results;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013\tdecision-making on the issuance of a certificate of conformity;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013\tissuance of the certificate of conformity.<\/p>\n\n

The certificate of conformity is issued for a term determined by the certification body, but not exceeding one year.<\/p>\n\n

The size and other identification characteristics of the batch are specified by the applicant in the certification application and documented accordingly.<\/p>\n\n

Certification testing is conducted on samples selected from the batch in the manner and quantity determined by the certification body, in accordance with the requirements of regulatory and legal documents.<\/p>\n\n

Surveillance is not provided.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Certification of products manufactured in series, <\/strong>without inspection of production<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This certification scheme includes the following procedures:<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 analysis of the application;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 selection and identification of samples;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 determination of product characteristics through testing or evaluation;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 analysis of product documentation;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 decision-making on the issuance of a certificate of conformity;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 issuance of the certificate of conformity;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 conclusion of an agreement between the certification body and the applicant on the right to use the certificate of conformity;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n

The period of validity of the certificate of conformity issued under this scheme shall not exceed one year.<\/p>\n\n

Surveillance is carried out by means of control tests on samples of certified products taken from production or from the supplier at a frequency specified in the surveillance programme, but not less than once a year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The certificate of conformity for the next period is issued on the basis of the results of the analysis:<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 documents and results of the certification tests of the product;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 information provided by the applicant to the certification body regarding complaints received about the certified product and the measures taken in response;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 a statement from the manufacturer confirming that the production technology has not been changed;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 the manufacturer’s agreement to continue complying with the conditions of product certification in the future.<\/p>\n\n

Note 1.<\/strong> This scheme is applicable only to products manufactured serially by a specific manufacturer and ensures, based on the analysis of the documentation provided by the applicant, that the enterprise is capable of consistently producing products that comply with the requirements of regulatory and legal documents during the validity period of the certificate of conformity.<\/p>\n\n

Note 2.<\/strong> This certification scheme can also be applied at the stage of product introduction into production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Certification of products manufactured in series, with production inspection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n\n

\u2013 analysis of the application;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 selection and identification of samples;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 determination of product characteristics through testing or evaluation;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 inspection of product manufacturing;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 decision-making on the issuance of a certificate of conformity;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 conclusion of an agreement between the certification body and the applicant on the right to use the certificate of conformity;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 issuance of the certificate of conformity;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 surveillance.<\/p>\n\n\n

The period of validity of the certificate of conformity issued under this scheme shall not exceed two years.<\/p>\n\n

Surveillance shall be carried out by means of production inspection or analysis of documentation, and control testing of product samples selected from production or from the supplier, in the manner, at the intervals and in the quantities specified by the certification body.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
