{"id":8890,"date":"2024-11-11T10:32:45","date_gmt":"2024-11-11T10:32:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dndivsovt.mil.gov.ua\/?page_id=8890"},"modified":"2026-06-15T14:11:36","modified_gmt":"2026-06-15T14:11:36","slug":"preventing-corruption","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/dndivsovt.mil.gov.ua\/en\/preventing-corruption\/","title":{"rendered":"Preventing corruption"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ANNOUNCEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">on the start of the assessment of corruption risks in the activities of the State Research Institute for Testing and Certification of Armaments and Military Equipment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on the order of the head of the State Research Institute for Testing and Certification of Armaments and Military Equipment from November 07, 2024 \u2116\u00a0<a>836\/ad regulations on the Corruption Risk Assessment Commission approved<\/a> and an assessment of corruption risks in the Institute&#8217;s activities has been initiated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We invite representatives of external stakeholders (the public) to submit to the Institute\u2019s email address: <a href=\"mailto:dndivsovt@post.mil.gov.ua\">dndivsovt@post.mil.gov.ua<\/a> candidates for inclusion in the Corruption Risk Assessment Commission. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidates for inclusion in the Commission include: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">representatives of civil society institutions that exercise public control over the activities of the Institute;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">experts who have special knowledge in the field of the Institute&#8217;s activities and\/or in the field of preventing and\/or combating corruption; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">representatives of legal entities that interact with the Institute or are consumers of administrative services provided by the Institute;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Commission shall not include external interested parties and their representatives if there is information about them in the Unified State Register of Persons Who Have Committed Corruption or Corruption-Related Offenses.
