The editors consider the receipt of the publication and accompanying documents in paper or electronic form as the consent of the contributor(s) to the transfer of the copyright for the use of the work (reproduction, distribution, etc.).

Articles submitted to the editors of the Collection must be properly designed, well edited and meet the requirements of professional publications and the profile of the collection, which have not been sent to other editors and have not been published previously in other publications.
Reviewing is carried out anonymously for both authors and reviewers (double-blind review). The review period is no more than 6–8 weeks.
Submitted to the editorial office:
— two printed copies of the article in Ukrainian or English with a total volume of 5–15 pages (including a list of references, tables, figures), on one side (one of the copies on the back of the last page of the article is signed by the authors of the scientific work);
— an examination report on the possibility of using these materials in an open edition;
— extract from the minutes of the meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council of the institution (subdivision), which recommended the article for publication;
Together with the article and the specified documents (packaged in a transparent file), the electronic version of the article [Dmytriiev.doc] is submitted to the technical secretary of the Collection.
Procedure for creating an electronic version of the article.
The text of the article is drawn up in the following order:
- Index UDK, without paragraph indentation, aligned on the left edge.
- Surname and initials of authors (size – 12 ri, font – italics, semi-bold), name of institution(s).
- Name article (size – 12 ri, CAPITAL letters semi-bold font), without paragraph indentation, aligned in the center.
- Abstract in the language of the main text of the article should briefly reflect the structure of the article, be informative and allow the reader to understand , should he read the full text of the article (size – 10 ri, font – italic), without the word “abstract”, aligned to the width of the text.
- Keywords and (or) word combination, begins with the word combination “Key words:” (size – 10 ri, font – italics) aligned to the width of the text.
- Main text of the article, paragraph indent 1.25 cm, aligned to the width of the text.
The text of the article should contain:
— statement of the problem;
—relevance of research;
— connection of the author’s work with important scientific and practical tasks;
— analysis of the latest research and publications;
— selection of previously unsolved parts of the general problem, to which the specified article is devoted;
— the purpose of the article;
— presentation of the main research material with full justification of the obtained scientific results;
— the main conclusions, examples and prospects for using the research results.
Units of physical quantities used in the publication must correspond to the SI system.
The article is drawn up in the text editor Microsoft Word or later versions (font – Times New Roman, size – 12 pi, single spacing).
Page parameters – A4 format (210 mm X 297 mm). Margins: top, bottom, right – 1.5 cm, left – 2.5 cm. Pages are not numbered. It is not allowed to use word transpositions; breaks in pages, sections.
Formulas are placed on a separate line in a borderless, centered, and indented table. To set the formula, use the built-in Word MathType formula editor.
Only those formulas that are referenced in the following text should be numbered.
It is not recommended to number others. Formulas are numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals in round brackets in the second column of the table (without paragraph indentation, aligned on the right edge, centered on the height of the column). Additional empty lines before and after formulas are not made.
Tables should be prepared using the appropriate tool in the Word editor, presented in one block, not marked for hyphenation. Tables are numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals. At the top, they should have a short title consisting of the word “Table …” with its serial number (on a separate line, without paragraph indentation, aligned to the right edge) and the name of the table (on a separate line, without paragraph indentation, aligned on center). Notes to the table are given only in the text of the article. It is not advisable to use vertical inscriptions in columns.
Figures to the article are created in the Word editor or inserted into the text of the article using images (with a resolution of at least 300 dpi), image files [Dmytriiev_1.JPG] must be submitted to the editor together with the electronic version of the article. Drawings are signed from below (in a separate line, without paragraph indent, aligned in the center), marked with the word “Fig.”, with its serial number (numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals) and indicate the name (explanatory signature) of the drawing (for example: Fig. 1. Structural scheme of the sensor simulator).
When writing an article, it is necessary to indicate references to sources, materials or individual results that are given in the text of the article. References in the text of the article to sources should be indicated by the serial number in the list of references, separated by two square brackets, for example, “… in works [1-7]…”.
- List of references (capital letters in bold), without paragraph indentation, aligned in the center.
From a new line, the serial number and bibliographic description of the source of the cited literature are given in the order of reference in the text of the article (paragraph indentation – 0.63 cm, alignment along the width of the text). Each source is printed on a separate line.
- Information about the authors: surname, first name and patronymic; academic degree, academic title, position; the name of the institution where the author works, its location (city, country); the author’s ORCID account (must display the name of the institution where the author works and his scientific publications), phone number (preferred).

- Annotations to the article are written in Ukrainian or English (size – 10 pt), must be at least 6 lines long and disclose:
— the subject, topic and purpose of the work;
— method (methods) or research methodology;
—research results;
— conclusions and scope of application of research results.
If the main language of the article is Ukrainian, then the abstract in English should be extended and have a total volume of no less than 1,800 characters, including keywords.
Consists of: TITLE OF THE ARTICLE, paragraph, surname and initials of the authors (semi-bold, without paragraph indentation, aligned in the center), text (paragraph indentation 1.25 cm, aligned to the width of the text).
